Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes! You can return or exchange your product within the first 7 days after receiving it.
Whether it’s the wrong size, the product is damaged, or you just changed your mind, we’d love to help you get a refund or replacement!
We’re more than happy to honor your request if your return meets the following requirements:
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The product must not be resized, beads added or removed in any way.
The product must not be customized by us or outside.
The product must not be altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Fatekarma.
What if I just don’t like my product?
It’s sad, but we want to make it happen. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, which means if you simply don’t like your item, just ask for a return.
We will immediately refund or exchange the product for another one once we receive the item.
For refunds, you can get your money back within 1-2 days after we receive the item.
We pay your refund via credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your bank.
For all returns and exchanges please notify us within 7 days of delivery. This is to minimize the chances of lost packages.
Do I need to pay for shipping on my return?
Yes, you will need to pay for shipping if you want to return the item to us. You can ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.
To ensure a pleasant experience, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when returning items.
Can I cancel my order?
If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full amount.
